Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged

The wrong product was delivered

There is a manufacturing defect

The product must be:Unused

In original packaging With tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

Customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video should start before opening the parcel and show the entire unboxing process. This video is required for any return or damage claims.

The following items cannot be returned:

Sarees that have been worn or washed

Customized or altered products

Our team will review and assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
